INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT INC. AND VENTURA WEB DESIGN ENABLE
Yahoo! STORES TO SELL AND SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

SANTA MONICA, CA, August 12, 2008 - International Checkout Inc., the leader in global e-commerce solutions, today announced its partnership with Ventura Web Design, the premiere Yahoo! Store Designer. The alliance enables Yahoo! Stores to sell globally from their existing websites through integration with International Checkout's full service solution.

Previously unable to integrate the International Checkout solution, Internet Retailer Top 500 merchant, Organize.com, was the first to take advantage of the partnership by contracting Ventura Web Design to integrate its Yahoo! cart. "Being fully integrated with International Checkout enables us to easily and cost-effectively go overseas with the Organize.com brand in a short period of time," comments Kevin Watts, Director of E-Commerce at Organize.com.

By outsourcing global logistics to International Checkout, Yahoo! Stores will now be able to eliminate international borders and tap into the billions of dollars spent online by international consumers with none of the associated risks and difficulties. International Checkout guarantees its merchants against fraud and requires no investment of internal resources, as it provides all billing, shipping, customer service and return/exchange services. Ventura Web Design will perform the integration in about a day, allowing Yahoo! Stores quick access to the burgeoning overseas buying power which is being fueled by the US Dollar's historic low.
